In the comparative study, the market trends of durum wheat government marketing system, the non-agricultural sectors of flour milling and processing industry, the exogenous factors, the wheat product quality change rate, the delivery rate, and the corresponding impact of wheat government marketing system were analyzed. At the end of the high growth period, the rising pressure of non-agricultural sectors has been moderated since the mid-1980s, and the policy of wheat has changed from food to food, and the previous two have had strong effects on it. In the second half of the 1980s, the decline of wheat flour has not been very significant. Quantitative analysis has been carried out. Flour processing enterprises reduce raw material costs, reduce residual funds, promote diversification of production and marketing, and strengthen food marketing departments. In addition, the government of durum wheat is responsible for the reduction of grain yield, and the reduction of grain yield is very reflected in the middle of the market. The policy of supporting agriculture and politics must be changed from direct support to direct support, and the interests of consumers must be increased. Strong powder grid has been declining since the second half of the 1980s, and the food and clothing grid has been hard and straight below. In the late 1970s, the market concentration of large enterprises was high, and the market concentration of small enterprises was high. Food manufacturing industry as a whole has been affected by the expansion of labor costs in the manufacturing industry. The market competitiveness in the second half of the 1970s has been reduced, and the standard level in the late 1990s has been reduced by about 6 ~ 12%. The food industry under imperfect competition is expected to be stable in terms of scale, agricultural efficiency, import tariff reduction, agricultural products, processed foods, and the like. Agricultural efficiency and tariff reduction are important for ensuring the competitiveness of processed food markets and for ensuring the interests of agricultural producers for final consumers.
