项目摘要

雌雄交尾器に見られる錠と鍵的対応の進化過程を解明するため,甲虫目オサムシ科の各種を用いて,以下の研究を行った.1)交尾器形態と交尾行動の相関した進化オオオサムシ亜属に特徴的な交尾片は,精子競争における精包の掻き出しに機能している可能性がある.この仮説から予測される交尾片サイズと精包サイズの相関した進化を,22分類群の種間比較解析により検討した.系統的な制約をコントロールするため,核遺伝子5遺伝子座を元にした最尤系統樹を用いて,独立な対比に基づく解析を行った.結果,1)交尾片と精包のサイズは体サイズと比較してそれぞれ3倍および等倍率で進化している;2)交尾片と精包のサイズは正に相関する;3)交尾片と交尾時間は負に相関する,ことが明らかとなった.(論文投稿中)2)精子競争における交尾器の機能オサムシ類の精子競争における精包の掻き出し仮説を検証するため,多回交尾下での精包分布と父性の変化を調べた。マイクロサテライト遺伝子を用いた父性解析の結果,80%の確率で精包の掻き出しが起こり,それは掻き出した雄の父性の獲得に寄与していることが明らかとなった(論文投稿中).3)二型的精子束の進化精子競争によって生じる性淘汰は,交尾器形態以外にも働き,顕著な形質進化を引き起こし得る.オオオサムシ類で発見された二型的精子束が精子競争による性淘汰の影響を受けているかを明らかにするため,種間比較解析により,交尾器形態や交尾行動との相関した進化の検出を試みた.結果,大小の精子束はそれぞれ著しい多様化を示し,大きな精子束のサイズは交尾片長,交尾後保護時間と正に相関した.これは,著しい精包掻き出しが生じる状況で,大きな精子束が有利になるような性淘汰が働いたことを示唆する(論文準備中).

1) The evolution of mating organ morphology and mating behavior in relation to mating organ characteristics of the genus; 2) The possibility of sperm competition; 3) The possibility of sperm competition; 4) The possibility of sperm competition. A comparative analysis of interspecific evolution of 22 taxa was carried out. System constraints, nuclear vectors, genetic loci, especially phylogenetic trees, independent analysis of the basis. The results showed that: 1) the mating time of the mating tail was negatively correlated with the mating time of the mating tail, 2) the mating time of the mating tail was positively correlated with the mating time of the mating tail. (Paper submission)2) Sperm competition, sperm mating organ function, sperm competition, sperm distribution and paternity modulation. The results of paternity analysis showed that 80% accuracy rate of sperm package development was 80%(in submission). 3) Sperm bundle evolution of type II sperm competition was 80%(in submission). The sperm bundle of the two types was found to be affected by sperm competition, sexual elimination, and interspecific comparative analysis. The results showed that the sperm bundle size was positively correlated with the mating length and the protection time after mating. This paper is in preparation.
