本研究は、共感的な他者理解の手がかりとなるようなヒューマン・インタフェースの開発に向けての基礎的な研究である。ハイダーの認知的均衡理論を拡張し、ロイ適応看護理論における重要概念を用いて3項以上の複雑なグラフ(概念ネットワークモデル)として他者の持つ自己概念を表現することによって、その人物の持つ不均衡状態や重要な概念、重要な概念間の関係について視覚的に理解し、ケアするための枠組みを構築する事を目的とする。平成16年度の研究成果は以下のようにまとめられる。1.概念ネットワークモデルの「構成規則」の厳密化概念ネットワークモデルの概念同士の関係をオントロジー工学分野の知見を用い、より厳密に定義し、また、その関係の有向性についての議論を展開した。これによってより厳格な概念ネットワークの構築が可能であると同時に、分かり易さが飛躍的に向上した。この点に関しては国際会議(SID2004, July, the Netherlands)で発表し、投稿中の学術雑誌(ヒューマンインタフェース学会論文誌)にて提案、検討している。2.インタフェースシステムの構築概念ネットワークモデルはそのままでは複雑で、非直感的であり、使用者に抵抗を感じさせるものであったが、箱庭療法やナラティブセラピーとの連携、あるいはコンピュータを用いることによる重要概念や重要な概念間の関係の抽出の枠組みなどを提案した。この点に関しては国際会議(SICEAnnualConference2004, August, Sapporo)で発表し、投稿中の論文(ヒューマンインタフェース学会論文誌)でも深く議論している。3.看護関係者との連携本研究はケアの枠組みを提供するものであり、その実用化のために看護関係者との連携が重要となる。そのため、セラピスト(臨床心理士)や看護大学助手に代表される方々からの様々な意見を取り入れ、現実的なケアとして提案することについて確認し、日本グループ・ダイナミックス学会、大会企画看護セッション(3月,神戸)にて発表した。
