项目摘要

経営学の成立以来提唱されてきた「経済人モデル」「社会人モデル」「経営人モデル」「自己実現人モデル」などの人間モデルは、組織における個人のあり方を示しつつ,それぞれの時代における経営学理論を基礎付けてきた。しかしながら,いずれの人間モデルも「組織内の個人」を捉えようとする枠組みの中にとどまっており,組織を離れた個人のありようを捉えるには残念ながら十分とはいえない。現代社会における国際化・情報化の波は個人の価値観の多様化を進め,自立化を促進している。その結果,人間モデルは,社会における個人の自立を基盤として確立されていく必要がある。またこのことを受けて,経営管理の現場においても,これら人間モデルの変化を念頭に置いた対応が求められている。しかし残念ながら,現場は,いまだバブル崩壊後の混乱を引き摺っている部分も多く,対応は短期的視野に立ったものにとどまっている。そのため,個人の自立化と経営管理の在り様がミスマッチを起こしているケースが散見される。このような現状は,個人・組織の双方にとっての不幸ともいえよう。本研究においては,大学生を対象としたアンケートを実施し,現代における「人間モデル」について調査を試みた。それを通じて,現代社会における個人の自立化の状況を把握し,「人間モデル」の変化の概観を図った。アンケートの結果,組織よりも個人を重視する個人が少なくないこと,とりわけ個人のライフスタイルを仕事以上に重視する個人が多いことが明らかとなった。これは従来よりも個人を重視していること,そして個人の自立化が進んでいることを示唆していると考えられる。今後は,アンケート対象を広げ,勤務経験,職務の内容,雇用の状況(正社員・非正社員など),などを把握するとともに,ミスマッチの解消に向けた本質的な議論を深化させてゆく必要がある。このことは,企業内での非正社員の割合が急増し,かつ,異なる対象への対応の不備が問われる今日にあっては,急務と考えられる。
