项目摘要
昨年度は,鋼製ラーメン橋脚隅角部の脚部に着目して正負交番載荷実験を行い耐震性能の把握をおこなった.さらに,高性能鋼として狭降伏点レンジー低降伏比鋼(SN鋼)を対象とし,SN鋼から材料試験片を作成し,高性能鋼の材料としての繰返し塑性履歴特性の把握を行った.本年度は,各種力学パラメータ,従来の構造用鋼材と高性能鋼といった各種鋼材の機械的性質が鋼製ラーメン橋脚隅角部の耐力および変形性能に与える影響を幅広い観点から検討するため,鋼材の塑性履歴特性を精度よく再現できる構成式を用いた弾塑性有限変位解析により,その特性の把握を行った.なお,解析の信頼性を向上させ,従来の構造用鋼材と高性能鋼の機械的性質の違いを適切に解析結果に反映させるため,解析で使用する鋼材の構成則のパラメータは昨年度の鋼材の繰返し載荷実験から決定した.また,疲労耐久性を向上させる観点から鋼製橋脚隅角部の構造の検討が行われている.その疲労耐久性を考慮した隅角部の耐震性能を確認することが必要である.そこで,研究代表者である小野は,別の研究で疲労耐久性を考慮した隅角部の耐震性能確認実験を行い,その実験結果と解析結果との比較により解析手法の妥当性の検証も行った.実験結果と解析結果との比較を行った結果,隅角部の荷重-変位関係,座屈変形性状等について解析結果が実験結果の特徴を精度良く表現できていることが確認できた.そして解析結果および実験結果を基に検討を行った結果,隅角部の柱部に座屈変形が生じなくとも隅角部のウェブパネルの変形が大きくなると隅角部に過大な残留変位が生じることが明らかとなった.よって,隅角部の耐震設計においては,地震後の復旧性,修復性の関係から,隅角部に積極的に塑性化を認めるべきではないということが判明した.また,高性能鋼としてSN鋼を対象として検討を行った.隅角部に積極的に塑性化を認める設計法であればSN鋼の特性を生かした設計法の提案が可能であるとも考えられたが,塑性化を積極的に認めない範囲においては,SN鋼を使用することによって実設計上,大幅な隅角部の耐震性能の向上を期待することは難しいと考えられる.
