前年度の結果をふまえて、全身および顎口腔系に異常がなく、平衡機能障害が認められない成年男子で、自然立位においての8分割体重計を用いた足底圧分布・4分割体重および荷重均衡点とその動揺、さらに下顎位と咬合接触状態との関連について検討した。まず、咬合接触状態と体重の偏向傾向との比較を行った。咬合接触状態はオクルーザーにて計測し、体重の偏向傾向は8分割体重計を用いて計測した。その結果、咬頭嵌合位での咬合接触状態と体重の偏向傾向には明らかな関連性は認められなかった。次に、咬合接触を偏側性の咬合に設定し体重偏向傾向と体重4分割値の荷重均衡点との動揺の観察を行った。この結果においても、偏側性の咬合と体重4分割値には明らかな関連性は認められなかった。そこで、咬合接触を前方部の左右第一小臼歯、犬歯部と後方部の左右大臼歯の4部位に設定し、それぞれの部位のみで咬合させた場合の体重の偏向傾向と体重均衡点の動揺への関連性について検討を行った。その結果、体重の偏向傾向の強い部位と、逆の弱い部位の荷重均衡点の動揺は明らかな有意差は見られなかったが、体重の偏向傾向の強い部位の荷重均衡点の動揺は大きく、体重の偏向傾向の弱い部位の荷重均衡点の動揺は小さい傾向にあった。また、それぞれの咬合接触部位と4分割体重の動揺との顕著な関連性も認められなかった。
