研究計画の第3段階にあたる2006年度の目的は、考案した分析モデルに金融政策フレームワークのすべての決定因を組み込むことであった。研究活動は大別して、以下の通り3分野を実施した。第1は、統計データおよび金融システム情報の分析である。特に、研究対象国を拡大するため、出来るだけ多くの国についてのデータ・情報を収集し、分析した。また、研究対象国の背景を理解するためアチャリヤチャンワニトが東京で行われた「世界銀行開発経済に関する会合」に参加した。第2は学会における研究報告である。研究計画第3段階の暫定的研究成果をアチャリヤチャンワニトが1つの国際会議で報告し、研究促進のための有益なコメントを得た。この国際会議は、トルコ国ビルギ・イスタンブル大学で開催された「Emerging Markets : Finance and Economics Conference 2006」である。第3は、研究成果の公表である。今年度は、アチャリヤチャンワニトによる二つの論文が公表される。第1は、金融政策と財政政策が経済安定に与える影響の比較分析に関する論文で、Journal of International Economic Studiesに2007年に掲載される予定である。第2は、独自の分析モデルによる52ヶ国の中央銀行の1990年代後半の金融政策フレームワーク決定因と価格安定の関係に関する論文で、研究修了成果として名古屋大学大学院国際開発研究科ディスカッション・ペーパーして公表した。
