项目摘要

医師と行政職員の役割責任について、彼ら自身はどのように自覚しているかの研究をおこなった。医師と患者の関係において配慮されるべきことがらと、行政職員と住民の関係において要求されることがらについて、インタビューと調査分析からあきらかになる現状を把握しつつ、そこに理論的な検討を加えて考察した。医師の責任感については、複数の医療職従事者に対して数度にわたるインタビューをおこなった。責任感は医療倫理の問題でもあるが、臨床現場の彼らにとっては頭で考えることでなくまさに医療行為の実践の中にあらわれるものである。そうした医療行為の実践を語ってもらうことによって、そのなかに潜在している責任感のありようを浮かび上がらせるようインタビューをおこなった。また、行政職員の責任感については、大阪市立大学でおこなわれた第56回関西社会学会において「住民自治を志向する行政責任」を口頭発表した。これは住民との関係において行政職員に期待される望ましい役割責任をあきらかにすることを目的とする発表である。自治体組織の外側に関心を広げて住民の意見を汲み取るよう心掛ける行政職員の意識が住民の満足につながることを計量データをもちいてあきらかにした。そして、住民の意思を行政活動に反映させることを志向した行政責任をさらにいっそう考察すべきであるとの提言をおこなった。本年(2年目)はインタビューをおこなってさまざまな知見を得るとともに、学会発表の場で研究成果の一端を報告した。

The outside of the local government organization cares about the opinions of the residents and the administrative staffのconsciousnessがdenizenの満 Footにつながることをmeasurementデータをもちいてあきらかにした.そして、Residents’ meaningをAdministrative activitiesにReflectionさせることをAmbitionしたadministration Responsibility をさらにいっそうinvestigation すべきであるとの说をおこなった.
