本研究は,慢性疲労,疲労自覚症状,生活習慣,体力の各変数を調査・測定し,横断的および縦断的データを詳細に分析することによって,青年期における慢性疲労を規定する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした.本年度は疲労自覚症状の変動傾向の分析と慢性疲労の徴候に関与する生活習慣に焦点をあて検討した.以下に今年度に得られた知見の主な内容を報告する.その他の研究結果については,研究発表リストおよび公表論文を参考のこと.不登校の誘因として慢性疲労症候群(CFS)の可能性が指摘されている.高校生を対象にCFSの徴候に関与する要因を明らかにすることを目的に調査を実施した.福井県の全ての高校に調査を依頼した.調査の協力が得られた11校を対象に調査を実施した.3105名の回答が得られ,そのうち,CFSのクライテリアの回答に不備のない1970名の資料を解析対象とした.質問紙は被調査者の基本的属性に関する質問と健康習慣等,疲労自覚症状尺度および生活ストレッサー尺度から構成された.CFSの徴候はパフォーマンスステイタス(PS)に基づき2値データで評価した.このCFSの徴候に関与する要因を明らかにするために,CFSの徴候を基準変数,健康習慣,疲労自覚症状,生活ストレッサー,他計23項目を説明変数とするロジスティック回帰分析を行った.この結果,疲労自覚症状の「意欲低下」,生活ストレッサーの「教師」,「学業」および「友人」の4要因に有意性が認められ,生活ストレッサーでは「友人」のオッズ比が最も高かった.基本属性や生活習慣には有意性は認められなかった.これらのことから高校生におけるCFSの徴候に関与する要因のほとんどが学校生活に由来するストレッサーであり,特に友人関係の悪化がCFSの発現リスクを顕著に高めると推測される.また,「意欲低下」の関与も高く,自覚症状の観察によってCFSの予防的対処が可能になるかもしれない.

This study investigated and measured chronic fatigue, fatigue symptoms, lifestyle, physical strength, and cross-section of fatigue. This year, the analysis of the tendency of fatigue symptoms and the characteristics of chronic fatigue related to living habits were discussed. The following is a report on the main contents of this year's report. The results of other researches are presented in this paper. The risk of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) has been investigated. The characteristics of CFS in college students are related to the investigation of the main causes of CFS. Fukui's entire university survey was conducted in accordance with the guidelines. The investigation was carried out in cooperation with 11 calibration targets. 3105 responses were obtained, and 1970 responses were not prepared. Questions about the basic attributes of the respondents, such as questions and health habits, fatigue symptoms and life standards.CFS characteristics include: CFS characteristics related to the main causes of the disease,CFS characteristics baseline number, health habits, fatigue symptoms, life style, he calculated 23 items to explain the number of the disease, back to the analysis. As a result, the symptoms of fatigue are "low desire", life is full of "teacher","study" and "friend", and the 4 main causes are intentional recognition, life is full of "friend" and the highest ratio. Basic attributes: habits and customs, intentional, and self-awareness. The characteristics of CFS in college students are related to the origin of school life, especially the relationship between friends, and the occurrence of CFS. "Low desire" and "high desire," self-awareness of symptoms, prevention of CFS, and possible prevention of CFS.
