Comparative Studies on the Polysynthesis of the Languages in North-eastern Siberia and North America

西伯利亚东北部和北美地区使用的语言被称为“旧大陆和新大陆之间的桥梁”，因为它们具有共同的类型学特征，包括跨越白令海峡的多合成。本研究旨在探讨多合成语言中词的定义和识别问题。通过四年的研究，我们收集了大量的语言资料，并试图对这些语言进行分析。同时，我们也可以通过发表和展示我们的研究成果，为语言综合的类型学研究做出贡献。除此之外，我们还出版了几本词典和一些民俗学文献，这不仅为国内外语言学家提供了宝贵的资料，而且也为当地社区和学校提供了这些濒危语言的文献资料。本报告包括每种语言的书面形态学和形态句法。

The languages spoken in North-eastern Siberia and North America are called "bridgebuilders between the Old Continent and the New Continent" because of their common typological characters including polysynthesis across the Bering Strait. This study aims to at addressing the issue of defining and identifying a word in polysynthetic languages. The issue is approached from a new perspective ; through the typological comparison of the language.During four years' study we have collected a large amount of data on those languages and have tried to analyze them. Also we could contribute to the typological study on the plysynthesis through both publishing and presenting the results of our studies. Besides them the publication of several dictionaries and folklore texts enabled us not only to present valuable data for the linguists, both domestic and foreign, but also to contribute to the documentation of these endangered languages for the local communities and schools.The present report is consists of the paper morphology and morphosyntax of each language.
