This research provides a theoretical framework of "civil law engineering", private- initiative small hand-maide institution-making methods for everyday life supports, and some examples of application in the following areas: child care, housing, traffics and local newworking. For the next step, the following wooks should be achieved: firstly, to discover the effect of the private enterprises initiatives, secondly, to focus on the aides to relatively week parts of the society, thirdly, to try comparative studies on the roles of wemen and IT revolution, and finaly, to reexamine torts law development in 20th century Japon.

本研究提供了一个“民法工程”的理论框架，私人倡议的小手工maide日常生活支持机构的制作方法，以及在以下领域的应用实例：儿童保育，住房，交通和当地新工作。下一步，应做好以下工作：一是发现民营企业的积极性所起的作用，二是关注对社会弱势群体的帮助，三是尝试对女性与IT革命的作用进行比较研究，四是重新审视世纪日本侵权法的发展。
