腺管単離結果;塩酸消去法にて腺管単離を以下のごとく行った。内視鏡的切除により得られた検体をホルマリン固定後、2-3mmの厚さに薄切し、2.5%グルタールアルデヒド(pH7.4)にて3時間洗浄した後、8N HCL 60℃にて60-90分消化し、実体顕微鏡下に同液中で、手作業で単離した。腫瘍腺管の同定のため工藤分類のpit pattern分類に従った。単離腺管とpit patternとの比較では、正常腺管であるI型pitは円柱状・試験管状でpit表面は平滑であり、分岐を伴わなかった。単離腺管の垂直断面は組織学的に正常腺管と確認された。過形成性腺管であるII型pitは、単離にて円柱状に近いが、腺管開口部が広く、腺底部で複数に分岐が見られた。これらの単離腺管も垂直断面の組織学的診断は非腫瘍性であった。腺管腫瘍であるIIILpitは単離では腺管開口部が広く、腺底部に近いほど細く、全体の形が腺管開口部を1辺とする逆三角形の形態をしていた。更に腺管表面は粗い不整が見られた。これらの単離腺管の垂直断面の組織学的診断は腺管腫瘍に一致していた。高度異型腺腫あるいは粘膜内癌の頻度が高いIII s pitは、円柱状だが、腺底部にかけて、やや先細りとなり、腺底部は水平方向に屈曲が見られた。単離腺管の垂直断面は組織学的に腺管腫瘍と診断された。腺管腫瘍または腺管絨毛腫瘍にみられるIV Bpitは単離では逆三角形を呈し、表面に多数の小分枝が見られた。この単離腺管の垂直断の病理組織は腺管絨毛あるいは腺管腫瘍であることを確認した。絨毛腫瘍にみられるIV v pitの単離では、扁平で尚かつ屈曲し、表面に多数の開口部を有する複雑な形状を呈した。この単離腺管は絨毛腫瘍と病理組織学的に確認した。癌を表すV pitの単離腺管は、様々な形態を呈し、表面が粗で多様な突起を持つ。これら単離腺管の垂直断の病理組織は癌であることが確認された。

The results of glandular tube isolation; acid elimination method was used to isolate the glandular tube. After the removal of the internal tube, the body weight was fixed, the thickness of 2-3mm was thinly cut, 2.5% of the weight was washed in 3 hours, and digested at 60-90 minutes at 60 ℃ in 8N HCL. The same solution and manual operation were separated under the same micrometer. The glandular duct is the same as the pit pattern classification. The surface of the tubular pit pattern is smooth, and the bifurcation is accompanied by a column test of the normal duct, type I pit, and tubular pit. The normal glandular duct was confirmed by the histology of the vertical section of the glandular duct. Through the formation of the gonadal duct, the type II pit, the columnar parenchyma, the opening of the glandular duct, and the complex bifurcation at the bottom of the gland were seen. The histology of the vertical section of the glandular duct is not sexual. The IIILpit is isolated from the opening of the duct, the bottom of the gland is close to the opening, and the opening of all the ducts is in the shape of an inverse triangle. The surface of the glandular tube is rough and irregular. The histology of the vertical section of the glandular duct is consistent with that of the glandular duct. The degree of intramucosal carcinoma was high III s pit, columnar gland, base of gland, horizontal flexion of gland base and horizontal flexion. The histology of the vertical section of the glandular duct shows that the glandular duct is broken. The glandular ducts are hairy, the IV Bpit is isolated, the inverse triangle is present, and the surface is mostly branched. The pathological tissue of the glandular duct was cut off vertically. the glandular duct hair was detected and the gland was confirmed. The IV v pit is free of contact, the flat is still buckling, and most of the openings on the surface are in the shape of a copy of the surface. Please confirm the histology of the glandular duct. The cancer showed V pit, glandular duct, shape, and protuberance on the surface. The pathological tissue of the glandular duct was cut vertically and the cancer tissue was confirmed.
