项目摘要

本研究では,並進対称性な空間的相関を持つノイズで劣化した画像の修復を,確率的情報処理の枠組みで議論した.まず,原画像は近接相互作用のみを持つガウスモデルで生成されるとした.さらに,各画素に重畳されるノイズは空間的な相関を持つガウスモデルで生成されるとし,相関は並進対称性を持つとした.申請者は,前年度の研究の成果を踏まえ,パラメータを固定しなくても,全てのハイパーパラメータが目的の値に収束する,特異点を持たないノイズモデルのカーネルの考案に成功した.このカーネルを用いて,本研究では,自然画像を用いた場合の画像修復を行った.自然画像には輝度ヒストグラムがガウス分布に近い銀河画像を用いた.修復はうまく行き,空間的相関ノイズを排除することに成功した.しかし,輝度ヒストグラムがガウス分布でない場合の修復は,まだうまく行っておらず,この研究は今後の課題となる.さらに申請者は画像修復の解析技術を応用してガウシャンプロセスの統計力学的な解析を行った.この論文ではガウシャンプロセスを統計力学的な解析を行うことで,ガウシャンプロセスの最適化条件および最適化条件における修復誤差の解析解を求める.具体的には,ガウシャンプロセスの入力間隔を等間隔とし,周期境界条件を強いる.これにより,カーネルを対角化することが可能になり,フーリエ空間上における議論が可能になる.解析の結果,修復過程に用いた確率モデルのハイパーパラメータが,生成過程でのハイパーパラメータに一致するとき,修復誤差が最小値になることがわかった.最適化条件における数値解と解析解の修復誤差は一致した.

In this study, we discuss the correlation between spatial symmetry and image degradation, and the information processing of accuracy. The original image is generated by close interaction. In addition, each pixel is divided into two parts, namely, the spatial correlation and the correlation symmetry. The applicant has made progress in the previous year's research results, and has been successful in the development of the project. This study is aimed at the restoration of natural portraits. The research on the restoration of light intensity distribution in different situations is a future topic. In addition, the applicant applied the analytical technique of image restoration to analyze the statistical mechanics of image restoration. In this paper, the analytical solution of statistical mechanics is given. Specific conditions include: equal interval between entry forces, strong periodic boundary conditions. This is the first time I've ever seen a person who's been in a relationship with someone who's been in a relationship with someone else. The analysis results show that the repair process uses the correct rate of error, the generation process uses the correct rate of error, and the repair error is the minimum value. Optimization condition: numerical solution, analytical solution and repair error are consistent.
