環境対策から生じる分配問題、例えば地球温暖化がもたらす損害の地域的分布や排出権の配分などが、環境政策導入のタイミングに与える影響について、政治経済学的モデルを作成、定量分析を行った。自発的公共財供給の動学ゲームを応用、分配問題が環境政策導入のタイミングにどの程度影響を与え得るのか、に関して数理モデル化を行った。さらに、損害に関する情報が不完全である場合や、グループ間での所得格差拡大の影響など、に関して定性的、および定量的に分析するため、モデル定式化を行った後、気候変動政策に応用し実証研究とシミュレーションを行った。昨年度完了した環境政策導入のタイミングに関する政治経済学理論モデルを元に、今年度は定量分析を拡張し、シミュレーションを行った。なお、投稿した論文"Distributional Conflicts and the Timing of Environmental Policy"は、英文ジャーナルInternational Environmental Agreements誌に掲載された。
