回収ロジスティクス・システムにおける協調管理方策の開発に関する平成18年度の研究実績を以下に挙げる.[1]Economic Utility of Third-Party Logistics for Affiliate Company(3PL導入による同一企業グループへの経済的有用性)本研究ではサプライヤーとマニュファクチャラーからなる同一企業グループの利益面から3PLを導入した場合の有益性について,製品1単位当たりのコスト変動率と配送頻度変動率と需要変動率をもとに検証した.[2]Rebate System For Quality Improvement Under Supply Chain Environment(サプライチェーン環境下での品質向上のためのリベートシステムの導入)サプライチェーン環境下で製品の品質向上のための,サプライチェーン全体での製品のトータル・コストの最小化と製品の品質目標値の向上を実現するリベート導入システムを提案した.[3]On Production Planning in Closed-Loop Supply Chain System Under Consideration of Impact of Green Image Factor on Remanufacturing Activity(再生産活動でのグリーンイメージ効考慮した場合に環型サプライチェーンシステムへの生産計画に与える影響)本研究では,再生産費用が新規生産費用よりも高い場合に,循環型生産システムにおける生産方針の決定に,需要増加見込率や再生産費用削減を想定し,その場合の最適生産比率について考究した.[4]Optimal Production Strategy Considering Trade-in Aency in Closed-Loop Supply Chain System(環境型サプライチェーンシステムでの下取りを考慮した場合の最適生産方策)本研究では,回収した使用済製品の再生産による過剰在庫を抑えるため,サプライチェーン環境下でのリバースロジスティクス・システムに下取り業者を考慮した場合,また再生産を推進させ,かつシステム利益の増加を模索するため,再生産量の決定時に需要予測延長期間を考慮した場合についての生産方策について考究し,比較検証を行った.なお,上記研究題目[2]がELSEVIER出版社刊行の図書「INFORMATION CONTROL PROBLEMS IN MANUFACTURING 2006(edited by A.Dolgui, G.Morel, C.E.Pereira)」での1篇への掲載が決定した.また,平成17年度での研究成果として実績報告を行った下記の研究2題目[5]Utility of Outsourcing Service Agency for Return Processing Operations(オンラインにおける返品業務代行サービス利用の有用性)[6]Utility of Agency for Collection and Disassembly in a Remanufacturing System with Product-Life Cycle(製品寿命を考慮したリマニュファクチャリングシステムにおける回収・分解業務代行サービスの有用性が日本経営工学論文誌への掲載が決定したので併せてここに報告する.
