项目摘要

2006年度は1996年E県S町でおこなったベースライン調査後10年経過年となるため、研究計画に基づき9月にベースライン時と同内容に、生活機能チェックリスト質問項目(特定高齢者把握事業)、介護サービスについての質問等を加え、アンケート調査を行った。E県S町は2003年にK町と合併、約1.5倍規模のT市となっている。アンケートは、65歳以上対象者4696名に市の協力により、地区組員には組単位での配布、組外住民には郵送し、市宛に返送とした。初回2966名(回収率64.1%)より、回収できた。90歳未満の未回収者1555名には、12月に郵送にて再送付回収した。結果、総回収数は3727名、回答不能46名、死亡15名、住所不明11名、施設入所中28名(回収率81.1%)となった。電話での連絡に同意を得た対象者には、電話にて欠損回答についての問い合わせを行ったのち、データを作成した。データ粗集計は市に提供し、2006年までの異動死亡情報、新旧個人コード変換表とベースライン調査をリンケージ、解析を行い、以下3項目の結果を得た。(1)生活機能チェックリストで高齢者を評価した場合の該当率を健診受診者と非健診受診者で比較。非健診受診者に候補者が多く分布していた。また候補者の既介護認定状況から、認定をうけている高齢者の約4割が候補者に該当しなかった。来年度検討されている新基準では全高齢者の約半数が生活機能低下ありに該当することなどが明らかとなった。(2)老研式生活活動度尺度やLSIKにて基本チェックリストによる該当者の結果整合性は50%前後であった。(3)1996年時、得られた諸因子とその後の全死亡との関連因子を検討し、男性ではうつ、生きがい、家族などが、女性ではADL、生活活動度などと関連がみられ、男女差が認められた。次年度は、人口動態統計、介護認定情報を得た上で、未回収868名の現状把握を行い、さらに解析を進める。
