本研究の目的は、日本の病院組織が看護師のストレス軽減のために人事管理に取り入れることができるような、インターネット学習によるストレス軽減プログラムを作成し効果を検証することで、本年度実施した研究内容は下記の通りである。1.初年度に実施したインターネット学習によるアサーション向上介入とストレス軽減についての研究結果について、1回の論文発表(印刷中)と2回の学会発表をした。アサーションの一部の向上、および職業性ストレスの「質的な負荷」の軽減を認め、長期的には他の対人関係などのストレスも軽減できる可能性が示唆された。2.目的(2)として日本の病院組織が行っているストレス軽減方策と課題を明確にすることをあげ、病院を対象とした質問紙調査を予定していたが、看護管理者との話し合いや平成17〜18年度に日本看護協会が実施した調査から十分明確になっていた。そこで、インターネット学習を推進するために看護師を対象とした質問紙調査を実施した。3.初年度にアサーション介入とストレス軽減についての知見を得たので、本年度はキャリアアイデンティティとストレス軽減に着目した。キャリアアイデンティティ(CI)、職業性ストレス、精神健康度の関連とウェブ学習の効果評価尺度としての有用性を検討するため、看護師を対象とした横断的質問紙調査を実施した。CIと有意な相関の見られた職業性ストレスは達成感と裁量度であった。精神健康度と有意な相関の見られたCIは把握感と自己決定感であった。CIの向上により、ストレスと精神的健康度を改善できる可能性が示唆された。4.3.と今までの調査結果、文献検討に基づく学習プログラムを構成後、企業に依頼してインターネット学習システム(学習進捗状況監視、診断機能を持つ)を作成した。看護師を対象にプレテストを兼ねたインターネット学習を実施し、プログラムについての質的な評価と内容妥当性を確認した。

The purpose of this study is to establish and verify the results of the study on nursing staff management in Japanese hospital organizations. The contents of this study are summarized below. 1. In the first year, the research results were published in the first part of the paper (in print) and the second part of the paper (in print). After the research results and literature review, the basic learning system is formed, and the enterprise is responsible for the development of the learning system (learning progress monitoring, diagnosis function maintenance). Nurses should evaluate the quality and appropriateness of the content of the study.
