本年度は、前年度に実施した華僑系資本企業グループ10社の比較研究から、台湾系企業グループの頂新(康師傅)グループと統一企業の二大食品メーカーを選び、それらを対象として、中国における戦略の比較研究を行った。台湾の消費財市場には、統一企業グループという台湾最大の食品メーカーで、かつセブン-イレブン統一超商という台湾最大の小売業チェーンを持つ巨大な食品・流通グループが存在している。統一企業グループは、製造、卸売、小売の3段階を機能的・人的・資本的に垂直統合している「完全なる製販統合型企業」であり、台湾市場において、今日まで競争の優位性を発揮し発展してきた。1992年、統一企業は中国市場に参入し、1989年に中国市場に参入した頂新(康師傅)グループとともに、中国の即席麺市場とお茶飲料市場における上位3位の市場シェアを占めている。今年度行った比較研究は、この二大食品メーカーの中国市場におけるブランド形成プロセス、および小売進出を含めたマーケティング・チャネル戦略を明らかにし、中国市場における製販統合型経営の有効性と形成要因を考察した。先発企業である頂新(康師傅)の場合には、統一企業が台湾で実践してきた製販統合型経営を模倣したことが、中国市場でトップの地位に立った最大の理由になる。条件がそろえば、中国市場においても製販統合型経営が有効であることが確認できた。一方、後発企業である統一企業の場合には、参入障壁が存在しているため、台湾のように製販統合経営を推進することが難しい。同じ企業による展開でも、参入市場によって製販統合型企業の形成を加速あるいは減速させる要因が存在していることが判明した。以上の研究成果は、2007年5月28日に大阪商業大学で開催された「流通経済研究会研究総会」において発表した。

This year's comparative study of the two major food markets in China market, including the formation of the market, small sales, including the strategic development of the market, China market, the production of integrated management and the formation of key factors. The most important reason for establishing a position in the China market is to establish a unified enterprise in Taiwan. The conditions for the establishment of integrated management in China market are as follows: In the case of a unified enterprise, there is a barrier to participation, and it is difficult to promote the integration of manufacturing and sales in Taiwan. The development of the same enterprise, the participation in the market, the acceleration of the formation of the integrated enterprise, the deceleration of the formation of the enterprise, the existence of the enterprise, the identification of the enterprise. The results of the above research were presented at the "Research Conference on Circulation and Economy" held at Osaka University of Commerce on May 28, 2007.
