1)タイの追跡調査と経年比較分析:タイ・バンコク周辺地域にて日本アニメの海賊版商品の流通と購買状況に関して追跡調査(2007年)を行い、2時点縦断データにより購買意思決定要因の経年比較を試みる。調査内容は、2年前(2005年)の第1回バンコク調査とほぼ同じである。バンコク市街地で最大規模のITショッピング・センターに出店している海賊版ソフトウェア小売店店員に対してヒアリング調査を行った。また、在タイ研究者らと海賊版商品の流通状況について意見交換を行った。前回調査と比較し、バンコク周辺部の中間層拡大と生活水準の上昇、それに伴う情報通信サービスの浸透やレジャー消費スタイルが萌芽し、海賊坂ソフトウェアの購買領域が拡大したため、人気の保養地(タイ東部沿岸部)にて、海賊版露天商やショッピング・モール内出店状況、および購買状況を調査した。現在、分析作業を進めている。2)台湾と中国の海外調査の論文作成:台湾調査と中国・上海調査の結果をデータベース化し、モデルの実証性を検証した。研究成果は、流通状況の報告とあわせて、「台湾における日本アニメの海賊版ソフトウェアの購買行動に関する実証分析」沖縄国際大学『産業情報論集』第4巻第2号(pp.57-77)と「日本アニメのソフトウェアと中国・上海の海賊版市場」『産業総合研究』第16号(pp.51-65)に発表した。3)賊版ソフトの購買意思決定の国際比較とモデルの抽象化:平成17年度〜19年度に実施した4地域の定性的定量的調査(フィリピン、タイ、台湾、中国)と文献を整理し、海賊版ソフトウェアの購買意思決定要因の共通性と特異性の検討作業をすすめている。初年度に、海賊版ソフトウェアの購買行動プロセスとメカニズムについて、価格要因と非価格要因を含めた行動学的心理学的モデルを構築した。これについて、共分散構造解析の多母集団同時分析によるモデルの検証作業をすすめている。
