1984年長野県西部地震発生以後、現在まで活発な地震活動が継続している御嶽山南東麓および御嶽山頂上部において、地下流体流動を確認するため自然電位観測を実施してきた。南東麓群発地震域周辺の電位異常は、これまでのデータの整理により、以下のようにまとめられる。1 木股他(2005)により指摘されている、隆起域に調和する正異常域が検出された。この正異常は、M4クラスの中規模地震発生域を南端に持ち、また南北端は地震活動度の高い領域にあたる。2 上記正異常は、西側にドーナツ状に広がり、比較的地震活動の低調な領域をカバーするように分布している。また、この領域は、野田他(2006)の地震波トモグラフィーにより、Vp/Vsの高い領域に相当する。地震活動の消長に伴う電位変化を想定し、また、観測網の拡張が困難であった箇所へのプロファイルの接続を可能とするため、19年2月より、NTT東日本長野三岳局の電話線網を使用する電位差連続観測を開始した。電位差測定の電極は、本研究により明らかにされたドーナツ状正異常域を含む8ヵ所に設置し、現在もデータ取得を継続している。併せて、既存の全磁力連続観測点の保守も継続している。17年度に検出した山頂部での正電位異常域の広がりを確認するため、7月に約12kmの測線で255点での電位測定を行った。顕著な正異常域は、山頂北部に限定され、最大振幅の異常は北西斜面で約2Vに達することが分かった。御嶽山の火山活動は、18年12月より活発化しているが、本研究で検出された電位異常との関係を議論するためには、山頂南部の噴気地域まで含めた電位異常の把握が必要である。

Since the Nagano earthquake occurred in 1984, seismic activity has been active since then, and natural potential measurements have been carried out to confirm the flow of underground fluids from the southern eastern foot of Mt. Otaka to the top of Mt. Otaka. The potential anomaly in the periphery of the earthquake domain in the south east of the group is opposite to that in the south. 1. Mu Guhe (2005), the author of this paper, pointed out that the uplift domain and the positive anomaly domain were detected. The positive anomaly is located in the middle of the earthquake occurrence area of M4, and the south and north ends are located in the middle of the earthquake activity area. 2. Record the distribution of seismic activity in the low-key area of positive anomaly, west side and comparison. Noda (2006) seismic waves, Vp/Vs and high field equivalent. Seismic activity is accompanied by potential change, and the network is difficult to expand. In February 1999, NTT East Japan Nagano Sanyue Bureau began to use potential difference connection. The electrode of potential difference measurement is in the positive abnormal region including 8 sets of electrodes and 8 sets of electrodes. And then, there are all kinds of conservative measures in the whole country. In 2017, the positive potential abnormal area at the top of the mountain was confirmed. In July, the potential was measured at 255 points on a 12km line. The maximum amplitude of the anomaly is about 2V on the north-west slope. The volcanic activity of Mt. Yuyue was activated in December 1918. The relationship between potential anomaly and volcanic activity in the southern part of Mt. Yuyue was discussed in this study.
