项目摘要

1.介護者の介護状況およびSOCの実態把握(質問紙調査)N県内の2つの市に在住する、主に居宅サービスおよび地域密着型サービスを利用している要介護・要支援認定者の家族のうち、平成17〜18年度に市および社会福祉協議会が主催した合計6回の「介護者の会」に出席した63名に質問紙調査を実施し、49名より回答を得た(回収率77.8%)。介護対象者の平均年齢は84.8±9.1歳、介護者の平均年齢は69.6±7.8歳であった。介護者の性別は男性14.9%、女性85.1%であり、平均介護年数は5.8±4.5年であった。介護者のSOCの測定は、SOC29項目スケール日本版の簡易版13項目を用いて行ったところ、スコアの平均は42.5±8.0であった。Zarit介護負担尺度日本語版22項目の平均スコアは42.3±8.0であった。2.SOCの背景要因としての心理社会的汎抵抗資源の検討(面接調査)質問紙調査の最後に、面接調査への協力の可否を尋ね、了解が得られた10名のうち9名(男性2名、女性7名)の介護者の家庭に出向いて、介護体験内容や介護に関する認識・対処、介護に関する知識やソーシャルサポート等について半構成的面接を行い、質問紙調査の内容と関連させながら詳細に把握した。1名あたりの面接時間は約40分〜2時間であった。SOCに影響する要因として「介護対象者との続柄」「要介護状態になる前の介護対象者との人間関係」「介護や家事の家族内での分担」「家族による精神的なサポート」「信頼できるケアマネージャーの存在」「介護者の会への参加」「介護以外の趣味や生きがい」等が抽出された。
