Literary Situation in Tunisia

我们通过考察突尼斯近代史、社会背景、双语状况、教育制度、文学史、出版环境、作者状况及其作品，对突尼斯文学状况进行了研究。通过书本和田野调查，我们提出了突尼斯文坛的实际情况，并指出了其中存在的问题。在突尼斯的许多重要作家中，我们挑选了Emna Belhaj Yahia，并阐明了她的两部小说的价值，这两部小说被认为是当今世界文学中具有创新性和重大意义的作品。

We carried out the Research on the Literary Situation in Tunisia by examining Tunisian Modern History, social background, bi-lingual condition, educational system, literary history, circumstances in publication, authors' state and their works. By doing investigation both in books and in the field, we brought out the actual situation of the Tunisian Literary World and pointed out problems underlying there. Among many important writers in Tunisia, we picked up Emna Belhaj Yahia and clarified the merit of her two novels regarded as innovative and significant works in Today's World Literature.
