Geographic study on the formation and structure of aged community in Southwest Islands, Japan

接纳老人入村的特点是：首先，他们和他们的知识受到其他成员的尊重，其次，同代人之间的信任和团结是强大的，老年人之间的沟通是密切的，最后，当不同的价值观在一代人的时间间隔内并排站在一起时，年轻一代在老年人的意见中表现出理解。这三个要素使适应老龄化的社区具有共性。

Characteristics of villages which accept elderly as member are as follows ; firstly, they and their knowledge are respected by other members, secondly, trust and unity in the same generation are strong, and elderly conclude close communications, finally, when different sense of values stands side by side in a generation interval, a younger generation shows understanding in the opinions of the senior generation. These three elements make characters to be common to the community adapting to the aging.
