1970年代以降、日本企業の競争力や革新能力が注目されるようになったが、それらは財務的な視点からは十分に考察されていない。70年代以降の日本企業は次第に多様な資金調達手段を手にするようになったが、本研究では、それでは企業がそれらの資金を自らの成長資源として戦略的にコントロールし、そのことが競争力にも寄与したという立論は可能なのかという問題について、かかる問題を捉えるにふさわしい理論枠組みの模索とともに考察を試みた。

Since the 1970s, the competitiveness and innovation ability of Japanese enterprises have been examined from a financial perspective. In the 1970s, Japanese enterprises began to invest in various capital adjustment methods. This study examined the possibility of establishing a theoretical framework for the development of capital resources and competitiveness.
