A new synthesis and properties of tetrabenzoporphyrin and phthalocyanine

四苯并卟啉（TBP）和酞菁（Pc）是平面结构的有机半导体，在真空沉积条件下已被广泛应用于各种电子器件中。我们成功地用溶液法制备了这种颜料的薄膜。卟啉与单[2.2.2]辛二烯（BCOD）熔融后通过热反应转化为TBP。采用该方法，将可溶性前驱体自旋涂覆，然后进行热处理，制备了TBP薄膜。表现出良好的场效应晶体管（FET）性能。二甲基的引入增加了前驱体的溶解度，使得使用碳氢溶剂的自旋涂层成为可能。用同样的方法制备了Pc和石脑油花菁（Nc）的可溶前体，用溶液法制备了Pc和Nc的场效应晶体管。

Tetrabennzoprphyrin (TBP) and phthalocyanine (Pc) are organic semiconductors with planar structure, and they have been used for various electronic devices under vacuum deposition. We have succeeded in preparing thin films of such pigments by solution process. Porphyrins fused with bicycle[2.2.2]octadiene (BCOD) are converted into TBP via thermal reaction. Using this procedure, thin films of TBP are prepared by spin coating of soluble precursors followed by thermal treatment. which show good performance of field effect transistor (FET). The introduction of dimethyl groups increases the solubility of the precursors, which enables the spin coating by using hydrocarbon solvents. In a similar way, soluble precursors of Pc and naphtha locyanine (Nc) are prepared, from which FET of Pc and Nc are prepared by a solution process.
