项目摘要

膜を構成する脂質分子の流動性を摸擬したfluid 膜モデルと流動性を持たないcrystalline 膜モデルを3角形分割された球面上で定義し,膜骨格や穴の存在といった非均質成分がその形態変化の相転移に与える影響および形態変化に果たす役割等について研究した。その結果「これらの非均質成分は従来の均質な膜モデルに起こる形態変化の相転移に大きな影響を与える」ことが明らかになった。例えば,膜骨格と脂質分子の流動性は膜の形態変化の多様性に関わること,さらに,膜がつぶれるcollapsing 相転移と膜揺らぎ相転移は一般には2つの別のものであること,などが分かった。

The fluidity of lipid molecules is simulated by the crystal membrane, and the existence of heterogeneous components in the crystal membrane is studied. The results are as follows: "The heterogeneous components are homogeneous and the phase shift is large." For example, the fluidity of lipid molecules and membrane structure is related to the diversity of membrane morphology. In addition, the phase shift of membrane structure is generally opposite to that of membrane structure.
