项目摘要

本研究は、電磁障害に強く、フレキシビリティーが高く、化学的機能性を付与しやすい特長を有する小型軽量なプラスチック光ファイバ(POF)を用いて、味物質の光学的な検出を目指すものである。電位に対して蛍光強度を変化させる色素と脂質分子からなる単分子累積膜や膨潤性ポリマーをセンシングクラッドとして用いることで、味物質に対する基本的な検出が確認できた。
