Economic Evaluation Models for Urban Revitalization Policies

城市复兴政策是日本最受关注的政策。在这个时代，任何政策都需要定量的、科学的评估。特别是老龄化社会中提高生产率和生活质量的政策和人口减少趋势是经济评估中具有挑战性的课题。城市复兴政策引起的城市居民和商业搬迁是问题的核心，因此应该对其进行评估。本研究围绕以下主题展开：i）土地调查的经济效益，以降低土地信息的风险ii）交通政策对人口减少的大都市地区的影响iii）城市轨道交通对开发影响的空间统计分析iv）老年人公共服务的空间再分配v）老化基础设施的更新i）和v）仍处于理论讨论阶段，但其他问题已被应用于实际政策分析。

Urban revitalization policy is the most concern in Japan. Since any polices should be evaluated quantitatively and scientifically in these days. In particular, policies for improving productivity and quality of life in aging society and population decline trend are challenging topics in economic evaluation. Residential and business relocations in urban area caused by urban revitalization policy is at the heart of the issue so that they should be evaluated.This study has truckled with the following topics.i)Economic benefit of land survey that reduces risks in land informationii)Impacts of Transport Policies in population declining metropolitan areaiii)Spatial statistical analysis of development impacts by urban railiv)Spatial reallocation of public service for elderly peoplev)Replacement of aging infrastructureThe topics i) and v) are still in theoretical discussion but the others are already to be applied in practical policy analysis.
