1) Treatment protocol for high-grade gliomas has been established.2) Influence of tumor cell and stroma sensitivy has been analyzed and both tumor cell and storma sensitivity were found to have influence on tumor response to radiation.3) Clinical samples of high grade gliomas have been collected according to the protocol.4) We are now investigating the relation between the hypoxia-related genes and tumor response to radiotherapy for high-grade gliomas.
