近い将来に実現が期待されている水素エネルギーシステムを制御可能な高性能ダイオード型水素センサの開発を試みた。チタンシートを陽極酸化することで得られたサブミクロン細孔を有するTiO_2薄膜とPd(36wt%)-Pt(64 wt%) 合金電極を組み合わせることにより、湿潤雰囲気中でセンサの前処理および測定雰囲気中の酸素濃度に依存することなく安定に作動する高性能(高速応答回復および高感度)ダイオード型水素センサが得られることがわかった。
