Social Epidemiology Study for healthy aging-A large scale cohort study.

本研究的目的是检验社会流行病学的意义，调查心理和社会经济因素对长期护理中护理预防的影响。(1)回顾和考察了社会流行病学的理论和潜力。(2)进行大规模问卷调查(n=39765，应答率60.8%)。(3)在横断面分析中，观察社会经济因素与健康体检、就医、抑郁患病率的关系。(4)在队列(纵向)研究中，社会经济因素是痴呆的预测因素，具有长期护理保险的资格，以及死亡率。目前的研究表明，社会流行病学甚至对于长期护理中的预防性护理也是重要的。

The purpose of the present study is to examine the significance of social epidemiology that investigate the influence of psychological and socio-economic factors toward care prevention in long term care. (1) We reviewed and examined the theory and potentials of social epidemiology. (2) We conducted a large-scale survey (n=39,765, response rate 60.8%). (3) In cross-sectional analyses, the relationship between socio-economic factors and prevalence of having health examination, visiting physicians, and depression were observed. (4) In cohort (longitudinal) studies, socio-economic factors were predictive factors of dementia, having certification for long-term care insurance, and the mortality. It has been revealed by the present study that social epidemiology is important even for care preventive in long term care.
