项目摘要

わが国の看護基礎教育において遺伝遺護教育を導入・発展させていくために、看護教員のための教育プログラムの開発にあたり、国内・外の遺伝看護教育の実態調査を行った。それによると、基礎教育全体に遺伝看護の要素が盛り込まれる傾向にあること、看護学以外のコースに「遺伝カンセラー養成」等の大学院修士レベルのコースが設置されつつあった。しかし、「遺伝看護教育」とはどのようなものであり、その教育展開はどうあったらよいかを知りたいというニーズが多かった教育プログラムの内容および展開方法については、海外の研究協力者と共に国際的な視野から検討を行い、実施した。そして、臨床遺伝学の基礎と主な疾病の事例展開を中心に、E-ラーニングと対面授業を行い、websiteでの調査とフォーカスグループ・インタビューによる評価を行った。学習モニターは、全国を8ブロックに分けて募集をした看護学教員30名であった。対面授業による学習者の情報交換および交流は、遺伝看護教育のあり方を検討する上で、有意義な反応がみられた。また、学習者の要請により、本研究において作成したE-ラーニング教育内容および「国際遺伝看護教育セミナー2007&2008」の講義内容を冊子体に編集をした
