We wrestled for study to clarify an effect of WOC nursing to give to the power formation for living with stoma. The medical treatment for colorectum cancer changes remarkably now. Number of ostomy performance cases ware decreased, but the patient who underwent chemotherapies increased. In life, patient with a stoma shared it that control of a coexistence disorder, a care problem showed a more serious aspect. The duties of WOC nurse changed in conjunction with a therapy of a subject, but expansion of support to the stoma patient who shifted to home care is a future issue.

我们力求研究WOC护理对造口生存动力形成的影响。目前，结直肠癌的治疗方法发生了显著变化。造口手术的病例减少了，但接受化疗的患者增加了。在生活中，患者与造口共同控制着一种共存障碍，护理问题表现出更为严重的一面。WOC护士的职责随着治疗对象的改变而改变，但扩大对转移到家庭护理的造口患者的支持是一个未来的问题。
