本研究は、根拠に基づく看護情報およびケア方法を、療養者と家族そして在宅ケアサービスに関わる専門職の連携に活用できる地域ネットワークシステムを構築することであった。(1) ネットワークの整備は、初年度に多くの費用と時間を投入し、同時カンファレンスが開催できるまでを確認して環境整備を終了した。(2) 誤嚥性肺炎予防のプログラム開発は、地域高齢者と脳血管障害患者を対象に「骨伝導を利用した発声測定装置」による腹式呼吸法の習得度を測定することで介入の効果を確認した。
