H19年度は、前年度の成果を活用して、湯けむり景観の整備に必要な「要素の位置関係」と「組合せ」の『操作効果』を定量的に把握した。また、研究対象地区を絞り込み、地域内の連続的な視点から抽出された複数の景観シーンについて、『操作効果』を参考に、各要素の操作の優先順位を決定する。これにより、切り取られた1つの景観シーンではなく、対象地区全体の景観を良好に保つためには、何をどこに配置すべきである、といった具体的な景観整備指針図を導出した。更に、この指針図に基づき整備した対象地区を、コンピュータグラフィックスにより示すことで、その効果の全体像を容易に再検証できるようにし、住民によるワークショップ等を通して、最終的な景観整備指針図を導出するまでの一連の手順を提案した。1.各要素の構成位置とその組合せによる整備効果の把握前年度に構築したシステムを利用し、評価実験を行った。その結果、各要素の構図における位置関係と組合せによって、操作の効果がどの程度であるかを定量的に把握した。これにより、景観整備を行う際、操作効果が大きい要素(または組合せ)から、整備の優先順位を決定した。2.景観解析により得られた知見を反映した景観の整備指針図の導出研究対象地区内において連続的に設けた視点から、複数の景観シーンを抽出し、それぞれの景観シーンが良好な条件に一致ための操作を検討した。またその結果、得られた整備指針図による空間を、3次元コンピューターグラフイックスにより、シミュレートして地区の全体像を容易にイメージできるようにした。最後に、本システムを、現地での住民によるワークショップ等の実施により実践的に利用した上で、再検討し、最終的な景観の整備指針図を導出した。
