以前から取り組んでいる,等質ジーゲル領域を有界領域に写すケーリー変換の研究を発展させ,その像の有界領域がS. Bergmanによって導入された代表領域と一致することを,伊師英之氏と共同で証明した.代表領域とは,与えられた有界領域(に正則同相な領域)の正則同相類の中から,性質の良いものを選び出す目的で導入されたもので,ベルグマン核関数を用いて非常に簡潔な形で定義される.この共同研究によって,等質ジーゲル領域のケーリー変換を別の視点から研究することが可能となり,像の体積の極小性など,ケーリー変換の興味深い性質が明らかになった.さて,いま述べたベルグマン核関数は有界領域の標準的なケーラー計量であるベルグマン計量を定める.そこで我々はさらに,代表領域の概念をある種のケーラー多様体のクラスに自然に拡張することによって,等質ジーゲル領域のケーリー変換の「族」に幾何学的な意味付けを与えた.ここでいう「ケーリー変換の族」は野村隆昭氏が定義したもので,前述したケーリー変換を含む.この成果によって,甲斐が以前に証明した「ケーリー変換の像の凸性による対称ジーゲル領域の特徴付け定理」を,幾何学的意味を比較的理解しやすい形で再定式化することに成功した.すなわち,「等質有界領域とその上の等質ケーラー計量が与えられたとき,その(拡張された)代表領域が凸集合であるならば,元々の領域は対称領域であり,かつ,そのケーラー計量はベルグマン計量に一致する」.こういった共同研究の成果を学術論文として発表すべく,論文の執筆を進めている.また,この成果について日本数学会秋期総合分科会で特別講演を行った.

In the past, the study of transformation was developed in the bounded domain of the image, and the bounded domain of the image was S. Bergman's common proof is that he represents the domain. This joint research is aimed at the study of the possibility of image volume minimization and the interesting nature of image transformation. The concept of domain is different from the concept of domain. The term "change family" refers to the definition of Nomura Takashi Shoji, which includes the change of name. This achievement was successfully proved in the past by the author: "The convexity of the transformation image and the characteristic theorem of the corresponding domain", the comparative understanding of the geometric meaning and the reformulation of the shape. The domain of equal mass is bounded by the domain of equal mass, and the domain of equal mass is bounded by the domain of equal mass. The results of joint research are presented in the paper. Special Lecture at the Autumn Session of the Japan Mathematical Society.
