项目摘要

(1)問題意識自国産業を育成するために、また自国の経済厚生を高めるために、様々な金融政策が実行されてきた。例えば、わが国は高度経済成長の間、人為的低金利政策レジュームのもとで、外為法および外資法によって資金の国際的な流れを厳しくコントロールしつつ、輸出を伸ばし経済成長を達成した。一方、現在急激に成長している諸国は、経済成長の初期段階から外国資本を積極的に導入し、高い成長率を達成している。各国が採用している規制は、国によって差異がある。各国の金融面における規制・制度の違いは、国際貿易などに影響をあたえるのであろうか。さらに、政府はどのような貨幣発行政策を採用することにより、経済厚生を高められるのであろうか。(2)研究成果以上のような問題意識のもとで、引き続き、平成21年度の研究に従事してきた。日本学術振興会特別研究員として採択された研究課題の中心となるべき研究は、Japan and World Economyに投稿中であり、現在2回目のリバイズの最中である。その他にも、上記の問題意識に関連する現在研究中のテーマが幾つかあり、それらも平成22年度の前半に、しかるべき国際的な査読付学術誌に投稿予定である。平成21年度で、私の日本学術振興会特別研究員としての任期は終了するが、現在、当該研究課題における研究成果が上がりつつあるところであり、今後ともこの一連の研究をさらに深化させていきたいと考えている。
