项目摘要

The purpose of this study was to construct a 3-dimensional model of an implant superstructure on the 3-dimensional data of a working cast scanned with an optical instrument, to combine the shape data of implant fixture with the 3-dimensional data of a CT image of a jaw bone, and to develop a prosthetic driven implant treatment system for immediate recovery of gnathostomatological function.1. The 3-dimensional model of the implant superstructure was constructed on the 3-dimensional data of the working cast scanned with the optical instrument.2. The diagnostic method with the index for the occlusal support ability of teeth and implant fixture on the 3-dimensional data of the CT image of the jaw bone was established.3. A new concept on the combination of the 3-dimensional model of the implant superstructure and the 3-dimensional model of the jaw bone involving implant fixture was established.Consequently, it was concluded that the fundamental data on the prosthetic driven implant treatment system for immediate recovery of gnathostomatological function were accumulated.
