看護専門職者として倫理的看護実践を行うための看護倫理教育は欠かせないものである。一方、看護倫理教育の教材開発や教育プログラムの開発、効果検証はほとんど欧米からの導入にとどまっており、日本文化の文脈の中で提供される独自の看護実践倫理教育の枠組みは発展途上にあるといえる。特に、現在看護倫理教育で教授されている生命倫理原則は、西洋的な哲学を基盤としており、倫理原則は普遍的なものであるが、学生が教育の中でどのような価値体験をしているのかを明らかにし、教育効果を検討すべきである。本研究は3つの研究からなっている。研究Iは看護系大学院における看護倫理教育プログラムを開発しその効果検証を行った。研究IIでは、看護倫理教育の中で学生がどのような価値体験をし、どのような倫理観を育成しているかを明らかにした。そして研究IIIで、日本と同じ文化圏に所属する韓国との国際比較を通して、文化的価値観に根ざした看護倫理教育のあり方への示唆を得た。

Nursing ethics education in nursing practice On the one hand, the development of teaching materials for nursing ethics education, the development of educational platforms, the introduction of effectiveness testing, and the provision of independent nursing ethics education in the context of Japanese culture are all on the way to development. In particular, the teaching of bioethical principles in modern nursing ethics education is based on Western philosophy, ethical principles are universal, students are educated in the middle, and students are educated in the middle. This study is a 3-point study. Study I: The development of nursing ethics education in the College of Nursing Study II: Nursing Ethics Education for Middle School Students Study III: International Comparison of Korean Culture, Cultural Values and Nursing Ethics Education
