Their ware 5 point Liker scales from not at all helpful (1) to very helpful (5).RESULTS : During the month of data collection, questionnaire packets were distributed to 262 women. Of these 236 were returned for a response rate of 90.1%. The lowest mean score was 4.31 (item 11 : Spend time in the room with you, even when she didn't have a specific job to do?). The highest score was 4.82 (item 17 : Praise you and tell you that you were doing a good job?)
