Development of nursing care system of patient with asymptomatic cerbrovascular diseases in preventive cerebral apoplexy medical treatment.

本研究从脑卒中预防护理的角度，探讨脑卒中区的护理实践。方法对8名临床护士进行访谈，对112名护理管理人员进行问卷调查。临床护士在日常护理实践中感受到“不足感”。同时，他们也表示希望这是一项针对有中风风险和无症状脑血管疾病患者的专业实践活动。问卷调查中，“放置专属门诊护士脑坞”的占5%；许多护士同时进行门诊和一般体检。“护士不放任何东西”是25%。原因是“没有专业要求”和“人手不足”。另一方面，他们表示“护士的积极参与”和“专业护理需要加强”。因此，我们期望护理将考虑由检查部门和门诊部门提出的协同护理系统。

This study, from the perspective of preventive care associated with stroke, was to explore nursing practice in brain dock. Method was interview for 8 clinical nurses and a questionnaire survey of 112 nursing administrator. Clinical nurses feel that "sense of inadequacy" on their daily nursing practice. At the same time, they spoke the hope that is the professional practice activities for the patients with a risk of stroke and asymptomatic cerebral vascular disease. The questionnaire survey, "placing the exclusive clinic nurse brain dock" is 5% ; many nurses had concurrent an outpatient clinic and a general medical checkup. "Nurses do not place any" is 25%. The reason is that "no professional requirements" and "understaffed". On the other hand, they said "active participation of nurses" and "professional nursing needs to be strengthened". Therefore, we expect to nursing will be considered collaborative nursing care system proposed by the examination department and the outpatient department.
