项目摘要

1.自分がふりをするときの心の働きの理解従来,他者がふりをするときの心の働きに関する幼児の理解が検討されてきた。すなわち,他者がふりをするためには,ふりの対象に関する知識や(e.g.,Davis,Woolley&Bruell,2002;Lillard,1993;杉本,2006,2007),ふりをする意図(e.g., Joseph,1998;Lillard,1998)を持っている必要があることの理解である。しかしながら,自分自身(自己)がふりをときの心の働きの理解は検討されていない。そこで,自分が未知の対象のふりをできないこと(調査1),未知の対象のふりをする際どのような知識を持つべきか(調査2)に関する幼児の理解を検討した。これを検討するために,年少児(3,4歳児),年長児(5,6歳児)を対象に,自分がルモソ(未知対象)のふりができるか(調査1),自分がレミング(未知対象)のふりをする時,正しい知識を与える第3者と誤った知識を与える第3者のいずれから教えてもらいたいか(調査2)を聞いた。さらに,その理由を尋ねた。2つの調査結果から,年少児で既に,自分が未知の対象のふりをできないことや,未知の対象のふりをするためにその正しい知識を持つべきことを理解していた。しかしながら,その理由として自分の知識に関する説明を行うことは年少児には難しく,年長児では可能であることが示された。また,この結果は,心の働きの理解に関しては自分が先か,他者が先かという問題が論議されているが,自分の心の働きの理解の方が先に獲得されることを示唆した。
