This study is a study on ideal method of the homeless support of Japan from the viewpoint of the comparison between areas. The support system is different by an area. The first type is the big city local government which established the self-reliance center by the Homeless Law, and the second type is the local government except it. In the former, a big change was seen in a person of entrance. In the latter, I understood that private sectors such as NPOs played a role of the guidance, The result of this study is to have become the opportunity of the national network foundation of the publication of the magazine "homes and society", the NPO as well as academic papers.

本研究是从地区间比较的角度对日本无家可归者支援的理想方法进行的研究。每个地区的支持系统都不同。第一类是通过《无家可归者法》设立自力更生中心的大城市地方政府，第二类是除无家可归者法外的地方政府。前者，入口之人出现了巨大的变化。在后者中，我了解到NPO等私营部门发挥了引导作用，本次研究的结果是成为全国网络基金会出版《家园与社会》杂志、NPO以及学术论文的契机。
