National survey concerning activities and effects of Nutrition Support Team (NST) in Japan

本研究通过对NST在日本的运作制度、NST的团队组织、如何接收营养不良患者、病例选择标准、营养管理的实施方法和医疗安全管理制度、工作时间和活动结果评估方法等方面的前瞻性调查，探讨了NST在JCNT授权下的最新发展和效果。根据所有六项调查的结果，表明NST的活动有助于促进适当的营养管理，改善营养状态，预防营养并发症。

In this research, we explored recent developments and the effects of NST, which has been operated under JCNT authorization by investigating such as operation system, team organization of NST, how to pick up malnutrition patients, case-selection criteria, implementation methods and medical safety management system about nutritional management, working hours and outcome evaluation methods for activities of NST in Japan prospectively. According to the result of all six surveys, it is suggested that activities of NST contributes to promoting appropriate nutritional management, improving nutrition states, preventing complications with regard to nutrition.
