项目摘要
地理情報システム(GIS)は、地理情報に関連した情報を管理・操作・出力するシステムである。海外では疾病地図、空間疫学、保健医療施設設置計画、保健医療ニーズやアクセスの空間的解析など広汎な分野に活用されている。本研究では、日本における保健医療分野でのGISの活用を推進するため、診療圏解析、医療機関へのアクセス、機能分化、保険制度改訂の影響、医師偏在など、様々な保健医療上の地理的問題に関してGISを活用して解析した.
Geographic information systems (GIS) are related to geographic information systems. Overseas disease geography, space epidemiology, health care facility design planning, health care and medical services, space analysis, classification and utilization This study aims to advance the use of GIS in health care in Japan, analyze the diagnosis and treatment area, the access of medical institutions, functional differentiation, the impact of insurance system reform, physician bias, and geographical problems related to the use of GIS in health care.
