本研究は観察運動学習のメカニズムの解明を目指し,身体運動の制御で最も重要と考えられる関節スティフネスが運動を観察するだけで変化させることができるかを検討した.用いた運動は飛び降りて出来るだけ高く飛び上がるドロップジャンプである.実験の結果,自己の映像とお手本の映像の両者を見る事によって,関節スティフネスを増大させ,動きをモデルの動きに近づけることができることが明らかになった.
