What should be discipline of interpretation and institutional design of intellectual property law from the point of view of competition policy?

The aim of this research is to study on relationship of intellectual property law and competition policy. I collected three concrete subjects, 1) license of intellectual property, 2) distribution of intellectual property, and 3) theory of abuse of right. The result of this research is a) uncompetitive effects could be caused by intellectual property license, b) thereby distribution of intellectual property could be disturbed, and c) it is important to add in competitive policy and utilize misuse theory in order to address these problems.
