This research revealed that the emergence of majoritarian policy making processes allowed neo-liberal policies to be implemented. In order to prove this thesis, I systematically collected the documents and minutes of majoritarian advisory councils and conducted process-tracing analyses on the points which majoritarian advisory councils took issues with consensus-oriented advisory councils. My case studies included labor market reform, gender equality policy as well as social security reform.

这项研究表明，多数主义政策制定过程的出现使新自由主义政策得以实施。为了证明这一论点，我系统地收集了多数主义咨询委员会的文件和会议记录，并对多数主义咨询委员会与共识导向咨询委员会的问题进行了过程跟踪分析。我的案例研究包括劳动力市场改革、性别平等政策以及社会保障改革。
