Theories of Socialism and the Soviet System : A Historical Consideration on the interactions between theories and policies.

本文通过对社会主义思想和苏维埃制度的历史考察，阐明了以下几点。(1)现代社会主义的规范核心包括两个要素：对普遍生存权的追求和普遍劳动义务。(2)社会主义的革命潮流把普遍的劳动义务作为首要关注的问题，并寻求废除私有财产作为收入来源。(3)马克思主义把劳动义务规范包裹在历史必然性和阶级斗争之中。(4)苏维埃制度是一个实现了废除财产性收入和普遍劳动义务的社会。(5)社会主义作为对普遍生存权的追求的可能性并没有穷尽。

Through historical investigation of socialist thoughts and the Soviet system, this research clarified the following points. (1) The normative core of modern socialism consists of two elements : the pursuit of universal right of existence and universal obligation of labor. (2) Revolutionary currents of socialism made universal labor obligation a primary concern and sought abolition of private property as a source of income. (3) Marxism wrapped the norm of labor obligation in historical inevitability and class struggle. (4) The Soviet system was a society which realized abolition of property income and universal labor obligation. (5) Possibility of socialism as the pursuit of universal right of existence has not been exhausted.
