项目摘要
本研究の動機は、「EU」から「拡大EU」に単一資本市場が拡大・発展する流れのなかで、IASBを中心とする「基準統合化」に照らして、域内資本市場の形成というマクロ政策における「質の高い会計基準」の意味について議論を深めることにある。そして、とりわけ非上場企業と域内新興経済圏の包摂が、EUが達成しようとする「質の高い会計基準」の「統合化」の方向性をどのように変化させるのか展望しつつ、「質の高い会計基準」を確保するために核となる会計問題を発掘・特定することにある。こうした問題意識に照らして、本研究では拡大EUを念頭におき、非上場企業と新興経済圏のための会計基準の国際的統合化が抱える問題を検討している。
The motivation of this study is to discuss the formation of regional capital market, the policy of "high quality accounting standard" and the implication of "EU" and "big EU". In addition, in order to ensure the quality of accounting standards, the company will develop accounting problems and specific issues. This paper discusses the problem of integration of accounting standards among large EU enterprises, emerging enterprises and international enterprises.
